Cementseal Primer is a multi-functional, water based primer/curing agent, formulated on an aqueous acrylic copolymer. Cementseal Primer provides efficient sealing of horizontal concrete substrates, by stabilising the surface and preventing out-gassing, prior to the application of Cementseal or Cementflex. The product will also act as a curing agent for newly placed cement based mortars and coatings, by helping to reduce the amount of water evaporating from the surface.
