Premseal self-adhesive waterproofing membranes comprise a polymeric film coated with a polymer-modified bitumen adhesive. A number of different backing films are available to provide the required level of protection. Low temperature grades are also available and can be applied at below normal temperatures or to “green” concrete. Uses include waterproofing foundation, basements, roofs and plaza decks, lift shafts, pits, service reservoir roofs, car park decks and subways.
Premseal GMA is suitable for gas proofing on landfill sites, radon affected areas, redeveloped contaminated sites such as town gas works and tunnels.
Premseal 100 LT together with Premseal Primer LT makes up the Premseal 100 LT Waterproofing Membrane System.
Premseal 100 LT is designed with a special adhesive compound that will bond to primed concrete at temperatures lower than conventional self-adhesive membranes. It is excellent for use in cold damp weather conditions and features a unique selvedge strip to ensure a watertight seal on all side edge laps.
Service temperature: -20°C to +60°C
